Zordle
Zordle is a word-guessing game that prioritizes privacy by employing zero-knowledge proofs to safeguard the confidentiality of the words predicted by the player from the verifier. An additional layer of security is added to the game, which is comparable to the well-known word-guessing app Wordle.
Before beginning Zordle, both the player and the verifier reach a consensus on a common grid of letters. Subsequently, the participant endeavors to deduce a word that can be constructed by utilizing a subset of the letters from the grid. To prove their knowledge of said word to the verifier, they employ a zero-knowledge proof, which entails concealing the actual word.
Zordle utilizes a zero-knowledge proof derived from the Halo 2 ZK proof system, a revolutionary advancement in the domain of scalable and efficient zero-knowledge proofs. Zordle is capable of ensuring robust privacy measures while maintaining optimal performance by leveraging Halo 2.
